How to see all your fonts at once with a word or phrase YOU choose

Searching for an exact phrase in PDF with Preview one needs to click the magnifying glass icon and select Exact Phrase, then search without double quotes.

Click the down-arrow head next to the search field in Preview and make sure Exact Phrase is checked.
