What, happens, if ,RAM ,overclock, fails?,

I kept getting a message of Memory overlock failed and an option to press F1 to go into setup or revert to defaults and continue by pressing F2.

I have ran 2 dimms (32GB) and 4 dimms (64GB). I am presuming that the memory is at fault as memory overclock fails every time when using XMP ...

In the DRAM timings menu, just above where you could set the main timings, there was a setting that read Mem overclock fail count.
