Text 2 Folders 是一個能讓使用者一次新增大量資料夾的實用小工具。 使用者事先把要建立的資料夾名稱一一輸入成文字檔，接著 Text 2 Folders 便會根據文字檔的內容，批次建立好所有資料夾。

新增資料夾的方法雖然很簡單，但是如果需要大量新增資料夾的話，一個個手動開就太慢了，透過「Text 2 Folders」這個軟體可以幫我們批次產生資料夾，只要在記事本裡面輸入資料夾的名稱作為字典檔，「Text 2 Folders」就能一次自動產生出來。

Text 2 Folders 為綠色軟體無須安裝程序直接執行即可使用，首先請於操作介面中依序點選 「Help > Contents」 項目 (如圖 2 所示)，便會彈出視窗顯示 Text 2 Folders 的操作說明，並且有如何建立大量資料夾的範例說明 (如圖 3 所示)。
