How to create a fillable PDF form tutorial

To fill out and sign a document on Acrobat on the web, select E-Sign > Fill & Sign . Then, choose Select a file and browse on your device to upload the document. It opens the document and displays the Fill & Sign tools.

To complete and sign PDF forms, open the form in Acrobat and then select E-Sign from the global bar. Alternatively, you can select All tools > Fill & Sign.
