App Inventor provides a mobile phone emulator, which works just like an Android device but appears on your computer screen. So you can test your apps on an emulator and still distribute the app to others, even through the Google Play Store.

大多數安卓模擬器上面運行AI 2 Companion都無法正常跟App Inventor連線，此時只能用下載打包apk檔的方式來執行。 因為打包apk下載需要耗費伺服器大量的資源，因此要看伺服器當時的使用人數多寡，人多的時候會需要耗費較長的時間等待。 完成後可看到你設計的APP出現在桌面了，點擊該APP圖示就能執行囉！

點選「Open」，開啟AI2 Companion確定版本。 目前為2.44版，表示已經更新。 更新後需要重新啟動模擬器才能自動連結，點選「Connect -> Reset Connection」關閉模擬器。 點選「Connect -> Emulator」啟用模擬器，因為AI2 Companion已經更新，網站會自動將專案放入模擬器執行。
