Corrupt File C

I found most of my space (76.1GB) is used by the folder C:-windows-logs-cbs which has CBS.log and CbsPersist_Dateandtime.log and some cab files.

Update I deleted the files below the CBS and re-ran the sfc .scannow and got the saem message. Would it be of to actually delete the CBS file?
