How to Open Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge to a Specific URL in C

You can use. e.g.: open -na 'Google Chrome' --args --profile-directory=Profile 22 'https://www.bing.com'. However, not with the -g option.

My question is: Is there a Chrome switch that enforces it to either translate the url or ignore it? Does it have a setting or option for this?
