Chroot is complaining because it can't find /bin/bash inside the chroot environment, so it can't drop you on a shell there.

It looks like you are mistakenly trying to mount the wrong partition (swap) to /mnt as your root partition. Or you formatted the partition wrongly.

The No such file or directory probably doesn't refer to your script, but to something your script needs in order to run. E.g. the interpreter, ...
