Cutter 支援檔案的分割與合併，利用此程式將檔案分割後會自動所有分割檔案儲存在名為「Cutter Output」的資料夾中，而資料夾中有一個批次檔「UNSPLIT.bat」，只要連按兩下此批次檔就能將資料夾中的所有分割檔作合併，而不需要再安裝任何軟體來合併檔案。
