Field restaurant 位在布拉格舊城的中心地帶。 他們最為人津津樂道的特色，就是使用農場契作的當季食材、天然烹調方式，並且以非典型的創意思維呈現傳統菜色。

這次來布拉格行前訂餐廳時原先在La Degustation Bohême Bourgeoise和Field兩家米其林餐廳之間小小地掙扎了一下。 後來轉念一想，小孩子才做選擇。 大叔也許没有小鮮肉的腰身但是至少吃得起米其林餐廳啊（傲驕），最後兩家都訂了。

儘管布拉格 (Prague)街頭滿滿都是餐廳，但真正拿到米其林摘星榮耀的就只有Field與La Degustation這兩家餐廳，不禁讓我們好奇這兩家餐廳有甚麼獨到之處可以贏得米其林秘密客們的青睞？
