FreeCommander is not available for Linux but there are plenty of alternatives that runs on Linux with similar functionality. The best Linux alternative is Double Commander, which is both free and Open Source.

This functionality was removed in Nautilus and Dolphin at least in Ubuntu-Gnome, but Nemo kept this option, making the obvious functionality of cut, copy and paste much easier.
