go to specific directory in Finder, open context menu by clicking right mouse button on a selected directory in the bottom path, (as alternative you can use ctrl + mouse left button to open context menu) click Open in Terminal option.

Something that might be easier is if you have the Path Bar showing in the Finder, you can just right click on the last folder in the path and select "New Terminal at Folder" from Services.

Once the options are selected, you can right-click on the directory on the Path bar and select one of the following features to open Terminal from the Finder folder.
