I downloaded your rootkit detection tool and ran it. It came out with 0 results. I ran it while booted in Windows secure mode.

Yes, Malwarebytes is good. You can turn on the root kit scanner if you want.

It's turned off because for most people it is unnecessary and increases scan time quite a bit, but the rootkit engine is still there if needed.
