不要以為是賣輪胎的米其林先生跑去煮飯，其實「米其林指南」是一種很有名的美食評分系統，全世界的餐廳都很想得到它的星星。 那麼，這些星星到底是什麼意思呢？ 一星：優質烹調，不妨一試！ 二星：烹調出色，值得繞道前往。 三星：卓越的烹調，值得專程造訪。 他們怎麼評分？ 評審員會從五個重點來看：食材品質、廚師對味道以及烹調技巧的駕馭能力、料理中展現的個性、是否物有所值以及餐飲水準的一致性。 注意：評審只看「食物本身」，餐廳的裝潢、桌布或服務都不算進去（這些會用別的符號來標示，例如刀叉符號，代表舒適度和服務品質）。

台北、台中、台南、高雄米其林餐廳總整理，共有55間餐廳摘下米其林星星，其中一星餐廳共41間、二星共5間、三星餐廳有3間。
