nLite這軟體是用來幫Windows 系統製作「全自動安裝光碟」的好用工具，我們除了可以用nLite將最新的Service Pack整合到Windows安裝光碟的系統檔中，還可把一堆最新推出的Hotfix修補程式都塞進去，甚至還可以把各種常用硬體的驅動程式（SATA、SCSI驅動程式啥的）也放到裡面去。 這樣一來，要重灌電腦時，只要在開始時手動處理硬碟分割、格式化的設定，其他安裝步驟都不必作任何動作，裝好之後的Windows系統也不用再裝其他驅動程式，甚至連Windows的序號都不用輸入了，相當方便。
