Edit with Notepad++ context menu missing from Windows 11

I am missing the “Edit with Notepad++” option from the (new Windows 11) right click context menu. Check out the screenshot below.

on my w10, when I right click on any file name in explorer, I am not seeing any “Open/Edit with Notepad++” type of entry.
