Set Custom Notification Sounds for Specific Emails in Outlook

I need help with setting up notifications for emails that arrive in folders other than the Inbox in the new version of Outlook.

I normally sort my messages to folders, but the problem is that they go unnoticed because outlook doesn't notify me.
