rKill is safe to run, but it itself will not get rid of the viruses. The proper way to do it is run rKill, then immediately run Malwarebytes which will sweep up what rKill disables.

What evidence do you have that there is malware on your pc? Make a bootable rescue USB, boot from it and run a full scan with maxed out settings.

i've been using rkill and its honestly a great tool but its been lately detecting like 90 bajillion files and almost all or every single one i think was placed in temp for some reason "unknown target"

With all these things, should I still do something? These look like false positive detections. Contact the vendors if you are concerned. False positive. All Flags are from unknown/bad AVs. Nothing else to indicate any malicious intent from what I can see.
