Windows 8.1 RT actually had a built in regular start menu option added in an update, kind of halfway between 7s and 10s, and imo has the best of both worlds.

I looked into how hard it would be to make a theme in windowblinds. Made a few test themes, first was my edge theme and then I ported XP suite to it.
