With WorldGuard, you can protect specific zones from unwanted actions like block breaking, PvP, or mob spawning. This plugin is highly flexible, using region modifications called "flags" to customize each area's behavior.

This is due to the WorldGuard flag build set to deny by default. You can allow them access to build again by setting the build flag to allow via the command /region flag <regionName> build allow.

This type of flag has three states: allow, none, and deny. allow will allow the event to happen in the region, deny will disallow the event to happen, and none will use the default behavior as if there was no region.
