每一個工作的細項內容包含了說明、日期、結構、處理進度、分類、預算、工作量、註記、附件與介面外觀，這麼多的選項設定應該可以滿足功能上的需求，尤其工作量與預算的項目在專案管理上可能會很有幫助，也可以這樣的工具稱為超級進階版的Todo。就我自己的使用狀況而言，這樣的軟體要便於操作，就是熟悉度要非常的好，這樣才能順暢的記錄及更動每一個事件。像我自己也還在使用我曾經開發的【網頁版Todo】，老實說落實度大概也只有七八成，很多事情都還是依靠Gmail、Reader打個星號，因此我覺得操作的方便度是很重要的，方便使用會影響到落實的程度，有落實去記錄每一項事情，這樣的軟體才有意義。而Task Coach除了支援Windows之外，Mac、Linux、BSD都有軟體的支援，而iPhone和iPad都有App可以使用，所以說是一個跨平台的工具，不過我似乎沒有沒有網路的功能，不能達到雲端記事的效果，相比【Evernote】的話的確稍微遜色，但是內容管理上似乎也不輸，也是可以參考看看的！http://taskcoach.org/免安裝版：
