首先執行「WinLaunch.exe」開啟軟體，使用快捷鍵「Shift+Tab」開啟Launch畫面，一開始所有捷徑當然是沒有的，大家可以使用快捷鍵「F」切換成視窗模式，將程式拖曳到視窗之中，在視窗中拖曳可以調整每一個捷徑的順序，而且支援使用多個頁面，「滑鼠滾輪」或「左右鍵」能切換不同的分頁，「Esc」跳出Launch畫面。
將不同捷徑拉在一起之後，能有群組的效果，就像使用iPhone、iPad一樣，也能自己設定群組名稱，可以藉由這樣的使用將程式分門別類。
而軟體設定能調整不同的底色風格，預設有12種風格可以選擇，而所有圖示的大小、文字顏色等等，能啟動平板模式支援手勢，開啟與關閉Launch可以設定四個角落的方位，快速開啟Launch也能設定滑鼠中鍵的快捷模式，設定項目還真的不少，目前有繁體中文語系，建議大家可以自己的設定一番。（設定方式：Launch左下角有一個加號，點選之後選擇設定）
快捷鍵「F3」能閃動所有捷徑，點選X可以刪除不必要的捷徑，編輯完成使用「空白鍵」。
軟體目錄內還有一個「WinLaunch Starter.exe」的執行檔，可以將它釘選到工具列，點選一下也能快速開啟唷！
