開啟第一步，還沒啟用序號，可以看到視窗最上方顯示著「為註冊版，剩餘 10 天試用期」。啟用序號可以在上方功能表中選擇 SoftOrbits，選擇「註冊」。 活動的序號一起打包在文末的免安裝版，可以直接到文末下載。 
接著將剛剛獲得的序號貼上，按下註冊就完成啟用囉。 
完成啟用後，就可以將要去背的圖片拖移進去囉，雖然說是智慧去背，但也沒有到完全智慧，把要保留的物體大概用綠色畫筆描繪一下輪廓，然後用紅色畫筆大致描繪一下背景後，按下右側的「移除」按鈕。 
軟體就會根據我們描繪的輪廓，自動演算將背景去除啦。這種半智慧的方式雖然沒有全自動方便，但是對於物體、產品等比較難判斷的物品，半智慧的方式能夠讓我們更精準的去除背景。
