Qimgv 共有兩個版本，一個是支援影片瀏覽的，檔案大小為 68.9 MB ; 另一個是純圖片瀏覽器，檔案大小為 26.3 MB。下載之後直接將圖片拖曳進去就可以瀏覽囉，Qimgv 會自己讀取同一個資料夾中的圖片，用滑鼠滾輪滾動就可以瀏覽同一個資料夾的所有圖片。介面最上方有基本的圖片名稱、圖片尺寸、大小資訊。 
也支援資料夾檢視模式，這個模式用來篩選出遊照片超方便，因為 Windows 內建的縮圖顯示最大的尺寸對小編來說還是太小，對於篩選照片來說，實在是非常痛苦，Qimgv 的資料夾模式可以在上方調整縮圖大小，這樣的檢視模式，可以讓我快速把不要的照片挑調，真的是非常方便啊。 
點選右鍵可以叫出功能選單，包含旋轉圖片、左右旋轉、裁切、重設尺寸、快速複製、移置回收桶、資料夾檢視模式、設定、檢視資料夾等。 
設定處可以自訂快速鍵、調整介面顏色等細節上的調整，以下小編幫大家整理出預設的快速鍵，熟悉之後會相對方便：
快速複製也是小編覺得非常方便的功能，配合快速鍵，能夠快速將圖片移動、複製到指定的資料夾中。
