【Absinthe】烈酒中的大麻89.9%ABV的衝擊 帶人走進幻境的苦艾酒

苦艾酒英文為Absinthe，其實是一個法語單詞，在法語中一般指酒精飲料，偶爾也可以指艾草植物，包括稱為「大苦艾」（grande absinthe）的 中亞苦蒿 和「小苦艾」（petite absinthe）的 西北蒿。

各位還記得第一次認識艾碧斯 Absinthe 時的心情嗎？ 小編當時覺得世界上怎麼會又這麼漂亮的烈酒，晶瑩剔透的綠、70% 的酒精濃度、再來就是學長一臉慫恿我直接喝的表情，年少輕狂的我之後甚至不再用李斯德霖漱口水了。

烈酒名稱 : Absinthe。 源於大艾草的拉丁文「Artemisia absinthium」。 詞源/ 發源地 : 最早於1790年代產於瑞士，後在法國邊境蔚為流行。 顏色 : 傳統上，法國產的艾碧斯從清淡的翠玉色，到充滿活力的亮綠色都有。 瑞士產的艾碧斯則始終是清澈的。

提到苦艾酒，好多人第一時間都會聯想到時常出現在雞尾酒譜中的Vermouth，然而被以同一個中文譯名稱呼的Absinthe，卻完全是另一回事。

此酒芳香浓郁，口感清淡而略带苦味，并含有45度以上高酒精度，有的地区译为艾苦酒，在台湾absinthe直译为“艾碧斯”。
