FTPbox works similarly to Dropbox: you select a folder on your local machine which will stay in sync with a folder on your server. FTPbox will upload changes to local files as you make them, and download any files updated on the server.

FTPbox 是一個免費並且開放原始碼的 FTP 同步軟體。 它可以讓我們在同步本機電腦與 FTP 上的檔案以及資料夾。 換而言之，我們也可以利用它搭配 FTP 伺服器，自行打造出一個如同 Google Drive 或者是 Dropbox 的雲端空間。

小編一直有接網站備份的案子，但因為案主不是用vps而是一般的虛擬主機，所以只能用ftp備份，所以備份時間常常要很長，最近找到一個軟體 FTPbox ,真是相見恨晚，設定設一設一鍵自動備份，而且支援差異備份 (只下載有異動的部份)。
