This is a problem with the way physics is implemented in skyrim as it was never designed to run at over 60fps, it does not cause drastic problems just some odd simulation and should be present in both PE and SMP as well as vanilla HAVOK physics.

anyone know where I can find a forum for getting SMP clothing physics assistance for skyrim SE? im having issues where mods ive installed seem to be conflicting with the skeleton I have installed, leading to wierd stretches and glitches in the clothing.
