How to connect to Ubuntu from Windows

I am accessing my Ubuntu 19 workstation from my Win 10 home computer through Powershell. My remote desktop is not enabled in Ubuntu and I can't access remmina.

I have installed ubuntu 20.04 in my PC and want to remotely access it through windows on my laptop. I have successfully installed xrdp and it is working also.
