VeeamZIP： 在不需要關閉 VM 虛擬主機的前提之下進行 備份 (Backup)、還原 (Restore)、壓縮 (Compression)、打包 (Archive)、複製 (Copy)、重複資料刪除 (Deduplication)...等功能，並且能略過 swap 檔案。

而6.1版則另外新增VeeamZIP備份模式，這是快速的一次性完整備份功能，利用VeeamZIP，可將指定的VM建立單一的.vbk備份檔案，這等同於一個該VM在特定時間點狀態下的完整備份。

免費版本中，每個 VeeamZIP Job 一次只能備份處理 「一台 VM 虛擬主機」，如果您需要一次針對多台 VM 虛擬主機進行備份任務，那麼透過建立多個 VeeamZIP Jobs 來達成，並且免費版本中您只能 「手動執行」 Job，而 無法 使用 「排程 (Schedule)」 或 「儲存 (Save)」。
