打開 Simple Run Blocker 後，可以看到介面非常簡單，操作也很容易，基本上就是把你想要控管的 App 家到清單中就可以了。 
若你覺得一個一個新增太累的話，也可以選擇「阻止所有僅以下列表除外」這個模式，也就是反過來處理，只有清單中的程式可以開啟，其他通通不行，這通常用在要限制的 App 較多，或是你要禁止的 App 目前還沒被下載在電腦中時。 
確認好之後按下上方的 + 號新增 App 到清單中。 
Simple Run Blocker 只能限制 .exe 格式，資料夾、圖片等沒辦法禁止。新增到清單裡面之後，記得點一下左上角的勾勾圖示，清單中的 App 才會開始作用。 
接著，如果被禁用的 App 被點開之後，就會出現「這個作業已經被取消，因為這個電腦受到限制。請聯絡您的系統管理員」，透過 Simple Run Blocker 就可以更有效的管理電腦使用囉，下面有載點，可以先收下來以備不時之需。
