休息分為 microbreaks 和 breaks 兩種，分別就是短暫休息和長時間休息，可以做成一個組合條件的應用，譬如說每 10 分鐘短暫休息 20 秒，2 次短暫休息之後可以長時間休息 5 分鐘，紅色數字都是可以自己設定值，也能設定只啟用 microbreaks 或是 breaks，就看大家自己想要什麼樣的休息節奏吧！ 
通知聲音、視窗顏色有幾種不同的選擇，若能夠自己調整色彩會更好。 
時間到了就會跳出休息時窗，若是真的忙到不可中斷，可以從下方直接跳過這次的休息視窗，從設定中也能設定不允許跳過，完完全全強迫休息就對了！https://hovancik.net/stretchly/免安裝版：
