Open CleanMyMac and select Applications in the sidebar. Click Scan > Manage My Applications > Uninstaller. Search for Soundflower and select it.

The easiest way to uninstall Soundflower is by clicking the Uninstall Sound Driver button in Splashtop Streamer -> Settings.

Uninstall Soundflower via Package. Press the play button at the top of the window. Doing so executes the script and removes the existing driver.
