The best thing that has happened to me regarding time management is Toodledo. Similar online time management tools don't come close. The SECOND best thing was TaskUnifier! TU is an offline time management tool that can use the Toodledo online service

任務可以設定的內容包含名稱、星號、優先權、標籤、狀態、進度、開始時間、到期時間、提醒與備註等等，這功能看起來是頗全面的，尤其是我喜歡有進度這個欄位，這真的是許多同質軟體不一定會有的，我當初就是為了這功能也自己寫了一套線上 Todo 工具。
除了任務的功能之外，也有筆記與日曆功能，日曆功能與任務的時程規劃可以結合在一起，這樣在瀏覽工作任務時也能有不同的面向唷！TaskUnifier 該有的功能都不會少，我覺得唯一可惜的是介面有點古板，不然應該會更好。http://www.taskunifier.com/免安裝版：
